2012 Annual Forum
CALL FOR POSTER SESSION ABSTRACTS
Eighth Annual MOBILE HEALTH CLINICS FORUM
The Mobile Health Clinic: Building an Innovative & Efficient Model of Care
September 22 - 25, 2012 ~ Charlotte, North Carolina-Hilton City Center Hotel
Poster Session Objectives
Poster Sessions are written by one or more “authors” representing a single organization. The Posters are designed as an informal visual presentation and discussion on the unique healthcare services offered by an organization that operates a mobile health clinic, whether medical, dental, or mammography. Each participating organization displays, on a dedicated poster board, a graphic presentation of their program utilizing graphs, photos, diagrams and text. At designated hours during the Forum, an organization's author(s) are available at their Poster display to discuss their program with attendees of the Forum.
Whether an organization currently operates a Mobile Health clinic or is launching a new community mobile outreach initiative, the Forum curriculum is designed to enhance administrative skills and expand knowledge-base to ensure effective and sustainable mobile healthcare services. The Forum is an extraordinary educational and networking opportunity for Mobile Health specialists to share information about their program with over 300 professional colleagues nationwide.
You are cordially invited to submit a Poster Session Abstract to be considered for presentation at the 2012 Annual
