Excludes Pre-Forum Saturday Intensive Training Course and Continuing Education Credit (both at additional fee).

The MHCA Annual Forum will have exclusive use of the Hilton Conference Center on the second floor, with direct elevator access from sleeping room levels, and overlooking the hotel’s expansive atrium.
A state-of-the-art YMCA Fitness Center with gym and pool is adjacent to the hotel and available complimentary to Hilton Hotel guests (age 15+).
The Charlotte Lynx light rail stops directly outside the Hilton. $149 per night (plus State Sales Tax @ 7.25% + Charlotte Occupancy Tax @ 6% + Charlotte Special Assessment Tax @ 2%)
These special rates are available for accommodations September 19 - 28. A selection of rooms include: standard room with two queen beds or standard room with one king bed.

Ground Transportation
The Charlotte-Douglas International Airport is only seven miles (a 15-20 minute ride) to/from downtown Charlotte. Following are travel options to/from the Hilton Center City Hotel.
Cab-average one-way cab fare is $25 for two people.
Shuttle Service-average one-way fare is $18 per person
Sprinter Bus-The Sprinter bus provides a re-calculating loop, from the airport, making a stop at the Charlotte Transportation Center (located two blocks from the Hilton).
