CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
Accreditation for the 2011 Mobile Health Clinics Forum
is provided as follows
University of Nevada

Office of Continuing Medical Education and Professional Development
Physicians ~
CME credit will be provided by the University of Nevada School of Medicine for physicians who attend the 2011 Annual Forum. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses ~
Nursing credit will be provided by the University of Nevada School of Medicine for nurses who attend the 2011 Annual Forum. Nurses residing outside the state of Nevada who participate in a University of Nevada School of Medicine sponsored activity should check with his/her licensure board to determine acceptability of Nevada nursing credits
Disclosure of Relevant Financial Relationships with Commercial Interests
As an accredited provider of continuing medical education through the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) the University of Nevada School of Medicine must ensure balance, independence, objectivity, and scientific rigor in all its educational activities. Content is expected to be presented in a scientific and objective manner. Any real or apparent conflict of interest related to the content of the continuing education activity must be disclosed to the audience. Those disclosures will be made available to forum attendees at the 2011 forum.

Dental Hygienists ~
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards of the Academy of General Dentistry Program Approval for Continuing Education (PACE) through the joint program approval of the University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Dental Medicine and the Mobile Health Clinics Association. The University of Nevada Las Vegas is approved for awarding FAGD/MAGD credit. CE credit will be available from the UNLV School of Dental Medicine for dentists and dental hygienists who attend the 2011 Annual Forum. Dentists and dental hygienists should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
